Cookies Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Cookies Policy explains how Forge (https://forge.cognivance.org) uses cookies and similar storage technologies, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar mechanism that browsers provide for websites to save data between visits.

Cookies and storage we use

Forge does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Forge uses one technical item in your browser's localStorage:

NameTypePurposeDuration
sessionId Technical (essential) Random identifier used to associate your uploaded files with your generation requests during a session. Until you clear your browser storage

This item is essential for the service to function. Under Article 22.2 of LSSI-CE and the GDPR, technical/essential storage does not require prior consent.

Third-party services

Forge does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social media trackers. The Inter font is loaded from Google Fonts; this involves a request to Google but does not set persistent cookies on our domain.

Managing storage

You can clear your sessionId at any time:

Clearing the sessionId will end your current session. Any uploaded files will no longer be associated with your browser.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes took effect.
